Other players on the map are indicated by yellow numbers. Placing your cursor on such a square and choosing Users from the Cursor Square menu option will show a list of users. You can view the details of these users, sent messages to them or add them as friends. As with other actions you must sync for the messages to actually be sent. You can also send messages to the owner of a building using the Messages Owner option.
